Join Shirley, our highly experienced instructor for a 40-minute class that will offer a variety and target all muscle groups. A complete workout using your own body weight, resistance bands, free weights and other fitness props. Suited for all fitness levels, the instructor will offer variations and modifications. Class may include mat work.
