Join Mackenzie, our highly experienced Fitness/Wellness Instructor for a class offering deep relaxing stretches. This class will focus on each part of the body's need for alignment and length. Stretching can help the body with pain management and better mobility.

This class is 12 weeks and will be held at the Livingston Activity Centre. No class October 15.
