Join a certified Nordic Pole Walking Instructor to learn all the incredible benefits of Nordic Pole Walking. You will learn how to find the correct height for your poles; proper technique and have the opportunity to walk on the indoor walking track. Poles are provided. Please wear comfortable clothingand bring clean indoor shoes and a water bottle.
