Description

A blend of cardio, strength, balance and flexibility fusing them together with great music and fun flowing movements. Suited for all fitness levels, the instructor will offer variations and modifications. Class may include mat work.

This 10 week block of classes will be held at the Livingston Activity Centre in the auditorium.
