Description

We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, December 10, 2025.

A blend of cardio, strength, balance and flexibility fusing them together with great music and fun flowing movements. Suited for all fitness levels, the instructor will offer variations and modifications.

This 13 week block of classes will be held at the Livingston Activity Centre in the auditorium.


NO CLASS Wednesday October 15th.
