Description

This is a gentle to mainly moderate class and does not include floor/mat work. This class offrs a variety of instructors and exercises while focusing on cardio, strength, balance and flexibility. Includes a variety of exercise tools including weights, bands, balls and balance disks. All exercises are demonstrated with variations and modifications.
