Description

This pre-registered or drop-in program (space permitting) is a very upbeat total body workout that changes each week with new and different exercises. We use hand weights, bands, mats, toning balls and many other fitness tools for a fun workout.

Suited for all fitness levels, the instructor will offer variations and modifications. Class may include mat work.
