A very upbeat total body workout that changes each week with new and different exercises. We use hand weights, bands, mats, toning balls and many other fitness tools for a fun workout.

Suited for all fitness levels, the instructor will offer variations and modifications. Class may include mat work.

This 13 week block of classes to be held at the Livingston Activity Centre in the auditorium.
