This adult beginner program starts with use of progressive balls to ease the transition into the game. With a slower ball and emphasis on fundamentals, players gain confidence through skill development, rallying, and introductory match play in a supportive setting. This program is led by a Certified Tennis Instructor and offers a fun and friendly way to learn tennis, stay active, and meet new people.
