Our Adult Beginner Group Lessons are designed to get you playing right away. We start with progressive, low-compression balls that bounce slower, giving you plenty of time to learn the fundamentals, build consistency, and start rallying with confidence. Led by a Certified Tennis Instructor, each session balances skill development with fun, cooperative match play. You can learn a new sport, stay active and meet people in the community in a supportive environment.
