Description

This fun and engaging recreational program is designed to teach participants the fundamentals of disc golf. Participants will learn basic throwing techniques, game rules, course etiquette, scoring, and strategy while developing coordination, focus, and confidence. Through skill-building activities, practice games, and guided play, participants will explore different types of throws such as backhand and forehand techniques, putting skills, and shot accuracy.
