This class is a great opportunity for older kids to participate in an entry-level class while swimming with children of similar ages. Water Acclimation helps children ages 6-12 become acclimated to the water and focuses on water safety skills such as bobbing to safety, elementary backstroke, and treading water. Students will also learn to independently float on their front and back, explore deep water, and prepare to swim the front and back crawl strokes. This class is just what older kids need to get up to speed with other swimmers their age.
