Looking to start the New Year strong? This 3-week series blends gentle strength, mobility, posture, and breath work to help you connect with your body. Each class will focus on grounding, building functional strength, improving balance, and releasing winter tension. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and more confident in how you move, ready to carry that energy into spring. Katie is a NASM-certified personal trainer and a health coach. She has been working in the health and fitness industry for over 12 years. As a fitness trainer, she specializes in resistance training, strength training, and HIIT, with a focus on correcting muscle imbalances and establishing a mind-to-muscle connection. She takes a balanced and holistic approach to exercise and nutrition, and loves to help people reach their wellness goals. She believes in meeting you where you are, and in making fitness fun and a celebration of what the body can do. 3 classes, Wednesdays, 1/14-1/28, 10:30am-11:30am, Village Yoga Gorham, $40
