This class will introduce delicious lunch and dinner meals by using affordable rotisserie chicken, already cooked and ready to go. Fun, easy, and chef-friendly meals. This is a hands-on class where participants will have the opportunity to work on the recipes. Please bring a Tupperware container with you to take home the leftovers. Each participant will receive a whole chicken to work with and also an electronic copy of the cookbook that accompanies this class. Jeffrey is the Workforce Development and Training Coordinator at Granite Bay Care, Inc. He also owned the Meadow Muffin Café on Monhegan Island off the coast of Maine for several years. He loves cooking, eating healthy, and enjoys sharing his recipes and experiences. Monday, 3/30, 6:00pm-8:00pm, GMS, $45 ($10 material fee payable to the instructor the night of class)
