This class will introduce fast, simple dinners prepared on a sheet pan and baked in your oven. Great for those busy school nights!!! This will be a hands-on class, and participants will get to sample the dinners. Please bring a Tupperware dish just in case there are leftovers!!!! Each participant will receive an electronic copy of the cookbook that accompanies this class. Jeffrey is the Workforce Development and Training Coordinator at Granite Bay Care, Inc. He also owned the Meadow Muffin Café on Monhegan Island off the coast of Maine for several years. He loves cooking, eating healthy, and enjoys sharing his recipes and experiences.
