This class will introduce low-carb tasty recipes for those who are carb-conscious or diabetically challenged. We will cook three tasty recipes and sample the dishes, so bring a small Tupperware dish in case there are leftovers. Each participant will get an electronic copy of the cookbook that goes along with the class. Jeffrey is the Workforce Development and Training Coordinator at Granite Bay Care, Inc. He also owned the Meadow Muffin Café on Monhegan Island off the coast of Maine for several years. He loves cooking, eating healthy, and enjoys sharing his recipes and experiences.
