Yoga Flow & Float is a calming, water‑based yoga class that blends gentle movement, mindful breathwork, and the soothing experience of floating on water. Supported by a stable floatation device, participants flow through slow, intentional yoga sequences designed to improve balance, mobility, and relaxation while the natural movement of the water enhances core engagement and body awareness. The peaceful, weightless environment encourages deep release, reduced tension, and a meditative connection to the breath.
