Self Defense Class - Level 1This dynamic self-defense class empowers participants with practical techniques to defend against physical attacks without the use of weapons. Designed for all fitness and experience levels, the program focuses on: Situational awareness and threat recognition, effective blocking, striking, and escape techniques, defensive stances and movement strategies and realistic scenario training to build confidence and reflexes.
