Retta Hennessy, a certified nature and forest therapy guide, will provide opportunities to reconnect with nature and engage your senses through gentle invitations and mindfulness exercises. The experience concludes with a tea ceremony featuring locally foraged herbs, leaving participants feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
