Description

Internet Registration has not begun yet. Check Registration Dates in details.

Warblers are some of the most famous and infamous songbirds that migrate through Glen Ellyn. In the fall, many warblers look completely different compared to their spring colors, making them challenging to identify. Chris Gutmann, the Park District’s Manager of Natural Areas, has decades of experience with warblers and will help you demystify these avian enigmas with field-tested tips and tricks. Participants of this workshop will learn which warblers can be found in Glen Ellyn, how to simplify identification, and how to find the various species. In addition, all attendees will receive a pocket field guide of warblers found in Glen Ellyn parks.
