Reconnect to the Earth through forest bathing. This wellness practice creates healing and rest for body and mind. Jeanne Iovinelli, a certified nature and forest therapy guide, will provide gentle invitations that awaken the senses, encourage mindfulness, and connect you with the natural world. A tea ceremony (made with foraged herbs) concludes each experience, leaving participants replenished and revitalized. Jeanne Iovinelli became a certified forest therapy guide in January 2019. She was trained under Amos Clifford, the founder of the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs, at Sugarloaf Ridge State Park, Kenwood, CA.
