Using controlled movement and proper technique, you’ll engage your core, upper body, and stabilizing muscles while exploring both dynamic poses and elegant, dance‑inspired sequences. Whether you're new to aerial arts or looking to refine your skills, this class offers a supportive environment where you can challenge yourself, unlock new capabilities, and experience the thrill of lifting off the ground.
