Description

Turn your child’s artwork into a keepsake you’ll enjoy for years to come! In this fun, creative activity, participants design their own plate featuring their artwork, making it a special way to preserve memories while adding a personal touch to the dinner table.
Open to all ages!
Can’t attend in person on October 20? You can still participate! Make-A-Plate forms are available at the FVCS office. Look for the black basket on the door. Completed forms can be dropped off in the Make-A-Plate Drop-Off file by 3:30 pm October 23.
Once ordered, plates can take 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Financial Aid/ Payment Plans: Financial aid is available if needed as well as payment plans to spread the cost of classes over time. Please email Julie Johnson at jjohnson@fourvalleys.org to take advantage of either option.
Refund Policy: If FVCS cancels a class you will receive a refund (except transaction fees which are charged by our service provider). If you withdraw more than 3 days prior to class, FVCS will charge a 25% fee to a maximum of $20 for admin costs and provide an account credit for the remaining tuition. If you withdraw less than 3 days before class starts, no refund or credit will be given.
