See the Girdwood valley with new eyes!
Join us this summer for five exciting outdoor evening walk & talk events. Explore our town and trails with five different speakers who are eager to share their experience and knowledge. Take a short hike together, learn about Girdwood history and nature, and hear their stories.
This is a free series. No registration is required. If you would like to help support this and other FVCS community programming, please consider making a $5 donation. Donations will be accepted by FVCS staff at the event, and online at https://fourvalleys.square.site
All walks start at 7:00 pm. Meet at the location indicated for each walk. This is an outdoor series. Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable sturdy footwear. Walks may explore hiking trails or other uneven ground. This event is geared toward adults, but families are welcome to participate.

THE SPEAKERS
June 10 - Larry Daniels, Former Director of Planning, Alyeska ResortThe Building of Alyeska: A personal perspective of 39 yearsMeet at the Alyeska Day Lodge parking lot
Note: This talk will consist of two parts. We will spend about 30 minutes at the Day Lodge parking lot, and then reconvene at the Alyeska Hotel parking lot for the remainder of the talk. Please make your own arrangement to drive between the two locations.
