A Tai Chi -Beginners
Introduction to Tai Chi. There is a Qigong warm up, which introduces you to 24 of the movements in Tai Chi. Then the students practice the Yang style of Tai Chi as the instructor guides them. The 24 movements of Tai Chi have been shown to help improve balance, coordination and memory, which can help decrease your odds of falling and ending up in the Nursing home. Come join us.
