3-on-3 is a great teaching and development tool. During these one-hour sessions, players will focus on individual skills development, integrating those skills into a 3-player offense (cutting, screening, offensive options), and wrap up each session with a 3 on 3 Competition. These competitive “3 on 3 Tournaments” integrate learned individual skills and competition. With less players on the court, there are greater opportunities to make quick, game related decisions. This teaching model is great for your younger grades/feeder programs.
