Perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out. It takes the "work" out of workout by combining all elements of fitness into an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party! Side effects include (but not limited to) boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Come check it out and see why Zumba® is often called exercise in disguise!
