Description

Join Professional Art Therapists Seia and Caro in this one time, 2.5 hour session of art therapy. This workshop is for participants to get an experiential taste of group art therapy.

It will include some guided mindfulness exercises, doodle warmups and relaxed artmaking. Our intention is to foster creativity, connection and enjoyment through offering accessible yet expansive art directives, as a helpful resource to navigate the winter months. The mediums we use will include collage and watercolor.

We will wrap up the session with optional sharing to reflect on the experience and to leave participants with a greater connection to self and others, their artwork and ideas to foster creativity.
