Our Senior Kindergym program is a fun class for Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten aged kids that are ready for more structure and gymnastics skills building. It is designed to offer participants the benefits of gymnastics while developing a foundation in “Active Participation in Sport” and physical literacy (physical competence, motivation and confidence, and knowledge and understanding). The goal is to learn and build on the fundamentals of gymnastics, while learning important life skills and having fun. Each class starts with a group warm-up and games, followed by structured time at different skills building stations on the bars, vault, floor, rings and beam.
