Our Junior Kindergym class helps children become more independent, while being active and having fun! This class is designed to improve a young child's coordination and confidence through basic introductory gymnastics and games. We focus on motor skill development, upper body strength, flexibility, beginner gymnastics skills, and how to be safe during class. We introduce more structure to this class to help students develop listening skills and social awareness along with gymnastics skills. This is a great beginner activity for the little ones to get an active start and learn fundamental movement patterns.
