What do you do when your child is worried, overwhelmed, crying, or absolutely refusing to do the thing?We reassure. We explain. We negotiate. We step in. Sometimes it works—and sometimes everyone ends up frustrated, exhausted, and wondering how something so small became such a big deal.In this practical three-session program, we'll explore what's happening in your child's brain and body when anxiety shows up, how our responses can influence anxiety, and what to actually say and do in those difficult moments.Expect real-life examples, practical strategies, humour, and plenty of “Ohhhhh... I've done that” moments.The goal isn't perfect parenting or a child who never feels anxious. It's helping your child discover, little by little, “I can”—while bringing more confidence, calm, and connection back into your home.
