Chicken illnesses and injuries can often be treated at home with over-the-counter products. If you can handle blood, poop, and stinky stuff, you can do it! Learn how to treat common problems like bumblefoot, crop issues, parasites, minor wounds, and learn about the more advanced illnesses that can show up without warnings like CRD and Marek’s Disease. Discussions and pictures may be graphic and include blood and internal organs. End of life care will also be discussed. No graphic procedures will be performed during this class. Take home kit provided for each attendee.
