We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Saturday, November 4, 2023.
This class is for students who have learned the Tai Chi 24 Form and wish to further practice and refine their knowledge of that Form. Step by step review of Tai Chi 24 Form is provided. Qi Gong Ba Duan Jin Form, which focuses more on relaxing and stretching, is also practiced.
Class will not be held on Saturday, October 14.
All current City of Gaithersburg health protocols must be followed in order to attend class.
