Description
Improve strength, flexibility, and balance of both the body and the mind. Register for this program to gain access to our virtual Pilates class and our virtual Stretch and Balance class.
Virtual Pilates - Classical Mat - Tuesdays, September 26, 2023 to December 12, 2023 from 6:30pm-7:30pm. Virtual Stretch and Balance - Thursdays, September 28, 2023 to December 14, 2023 from 7:00pm-8:00pm.
Class will not be held on Thursday, November 23.
