This soulful dish features golden-seared eggs braised in a creamy cashew and cilantro gravy, perfumed with aromatic spices. It's the ultimate "hug in a bowl." It is easy enough to make on a Tuesday night and elegant enough to serve to guests. And for dessert, learn how to make Dalia Kheer, a pudding like dessert with creamy milk and spices. Originally from India, Dr. Shonali Nazare brings a deep love for nutritious, flavorful food and the science behind it. A former contestant on MasterChef UK, Shonali combines culinary creativity with a strong foundation in health and wellness. She looks forward to sharing her passion for Indian cuisine and healthy eating with you in a fun, flavorful, and inspiring cooking experience.

This is an in-person hands-on class. Participants will work with the chef instructor in our kitchen to prepare the recipes listed in the class description. Everyone will then get to enjoy these recipes together.

For your safety, we ask all students wear close toed, no slip shoes to this class.
