Get your heart rate up with low impact aerobics. We will use light weights and body weight with a variety of dynamic exercises to sculpt our muscles and have fun in the process!

All current City of Gaithersburg health protocols must be followed in order to attend class.
Withdrawal requests need to be received in writing at least 7 days prior to the class start date and are subject to a $10 processing fee. No refunds within 7 days of the start of the class.
