This activity is closed to further registration.
Join us for some easy to follow, fun moves to get your heart pumping, along with exercises to strengthen your core. Most work will be standing, but there will be prone core work that can be modified to suit your needs. Work hard, see results and have a great time in the process! Please bring a mat and light hand weights (optional).
A face covering must be worn at all times while exercising and when inside and outside of the building.
