Ages 18+

This vinyasa flow style class will incorporate yoga sequences focusing on moving with the breath while enhancing flexibility, strength and balance and increasing body awareness. Vinyasa Flow is perfect for everyone, no matter where they are at in their practice!
Participants can drop-in to a single class- Resident $12 / Non-Resident $15
