Beat the winter blues - come for an early morning walk. Walking promotes physical, psychological, and emotional well-being, and is an effective activity that supports healthy aging. We meet and walk inside the Community Center’s Gymnasium. Occasionally, we walk on the outside track at South Park (adjacent to the Community Center).Call (919) 552-9140 for more information.
