We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, August 30, 2023.
Come for an early morning walk. Walking promotes physical, psychological, and emotional well-being, and is an effective activity that supports healthy aging. Walk with the group or at your own pace. We meet and walk inside the Community Center’s Gymnasium. Occasionally, we walk on the outside track at South Park (adjacent to the Community Center). Call (919) 552-9140 for more information.
