Ages 18+
This class is for beginner adult tennis players or rusty rackets returning from a long tennis hiatus! We will develop fundamentals, engage in rally-based games, and work towards getting players ready for their own tennis goals. Returning players will be given the opportunity to work with alike peers on more intermediate/advanced skills and drills. Newcomers will focus on the fundamentals!
Days & Time: Mondays and/or Wednesdays, 7:30- 8:30PM
When registering for the 1-day class option, you must choose the day(s) of the week that you plan to attend.
Big NC guarantees that at least 80% of scheduled classes will be held. Make-up sessions are available all season long during alternative days that the class is offered.
Important Update: New Recreation Registration System
We're moving to a new and improved registration system called RecTrac! Here's what you need to know:
- Create Your Account: Starting May 4th, 2026, you can create your new RecTrac account by going to the Town of Fuquay-Varina PRCR website.
- Full Switch to RecTrac: All program registration will happen in RecTrac starting Monday, June 1st, 2026.
- May Programs: Registration for May programs and Senior Trips will remain open in ActiveNet until Saturday, May 30th. You will not be able to register for May programs after May 30th.
- June-August Programs: Registration for June-August programs will open in RecTrac on Monday, June 1st.
