Description

This dance class is like Cardio Dance, but not as long and the pace is a little slower, allowing everyone to join in. You’ll still experience a full-body workout that is tailored for seniors who are looking to improve their well-being. We move to familiar songs and routines that support mobility and balance. The instructor demonstrates basic steps and gently guides students through the movements. You must wear rubber-soled footwear.

Here's what you need to know:- Create Your Account: Starting May 4th, 2026, you can create your new RecTrac account by going to the Town of Fuquay-Varina PRCR website.- Full Switch to RecTrac: All program registration will happen in RecTrac starting Monday, June 1st, 2026.- May Programs: Registration for May programs and Senior Trips will remain open in ActiveNet until Saturday, May 30th. You will not be able to register for May programs after May 30th.- June-August Programs: Registration for June-August programs will open in RecTrac on Monday, June 1st.
