Mobility is an important component of physical fitness for older adults. It allows one to move easily and in control while minimizing effort. This class is designed promote better mobility to help you maintain your independence and improve your quality of life. Participants will learn basic exercises that they can practice at home. Participants must register in advance.

Important Update: New Recreation Registration SystemWe're moving to a new and improved registration system called RecTrac! Here's what you need to know:- Create Your Account: Starting May 4th, 2026, you can create your new RecTrac account by going to the Town of Fuquay-Varina PRCR website.- Full Switch to RecTrac: All program registration will happen in RecTrac starting Monday, June 1st, 2026.- May Programs: Registration for May programs and Senior Trips will remain open in ActiveNet until Saturday, May 30th. You will not be able to register for May programs after May 30th.- June-August Programs: Registration for June-August programs will open in RecTrac on Monday, June 1st.
