Join the fun! Hand Embroidery is making a comeback for artistic and relaxation purposes. Sew, come and try your hand at embroidery during this 5-week program. We will cover all the basics of how to use hoops, needles, and threads. All essential tools are supplied. Feel the satisfaction of crafting unique needlework. For starters, we will sew a floral heart with seven easy stitches. You’ll be amazed at the piece of art you have created to frame or make into a small heart pillow. This is a beginner’s class, but all skill levels are welcome.

Important Update: New Recreation Registration SystemWe're moving to a new and improved registration system called RecTrac! Here's what you need to know:- Create Your Account: Starting May 4th, 2026, you can create your new RecTrac account by going to the Town of Fuquay-Varina PRCR website.- Full Switch to RecTrac: All program registration will happen in RecTrac starting Monday, June 1st, 2026.- May Programs: Registration for May programs and Senior Trips will remain open in ActiveNet until Saturday, May 30th. You will not be able to register for May programs after May 30th.- June-August Programs: Registration for June-August programs will open in RecTrac on Monday, June 1st.
