About this event
ASD Tween Yoga is a safe, judgement free and fun space for tweens and teens to grow and learn about themselves through movement and breath. Every week is a new theme with props to show how our breath works and crafts to let our creativity fly free! NO yoga experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water. A yoga mat will be provided but you can always bring your own. Class will end with a guided relaxation and time to connect with other while doing our craft. Family Initiative staff accompany all art instructors during ArtPlay! No Class Nov. 25 Students must: -Respond to verbal direction -Independently toilet -Not require 1 on 1 supervision All supplies are provided.
