This program is closed to further registration.Sierra will guide you as you flow through asana (physical poses) sequences meant to connect breath with movement in both a meditative and strengthening way. Work stagnant energies out of your body to ultimately prepare for the final relaxation pose. All skill levels welcome, mats and necessary equipment will be provided.
