Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese movement form that has been practiced by millions to promote physical and mental well-being. The practice emphasizes slow, deliberate motions that engage the entire body. These movements are choreographed to form a seamless and beautiful flow, making it accessible to individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Through regular practice, Tai Chi provides improved balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation. In the Beginning class, we will be learning the Yang-Style 24 Form, one of the most popular forms in the world. Please wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes. *No class on 11/13, 11/27.
