Our Adult Solo Ballroom and Latin Classes are designed for adults with any level of experience- and the great thing is you do not need a partner! In these classes you will learn basic steps and routines that are sure to impress. You will learn how to use your hands, hips, head and chest in such a way that you will soon be moving in a more rhythmic way. Your movements will become more accomplished, and you will feel more confident about your body on the dance floor as you learn Latin dances, Rumba and Samba. We recommend this class to everybody who enjoys dancing! Bring a water bottle, towel, and wear closed toed, comfortable shoes with a thin, flexible sole.
