As an extension of the popular series class, join us for this single add on date of class....with a holiday twist! This class promotes body alignment, core strength, awareness from the inside, and balance which is critical to efficient and injury-free daily living! Class consists of breath, barre, center and balance work, and a fun jazzy combo challenging body control. Progressive work to challenge the body and mind.
