Description
Honoring Your Own Rhythm
Settling into the Fall season of slowing and reflection
As summer gives way to fall, nature gently reminds us that every season has its own rhythm. We aren't meant to bloom all year long, nor are we meant to move at someone else's pace.
Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and renewal as we honor the transition into autumn—a season of grounding, slowing down, and quiet reflection.
Through the soothing sounds of crystal and brass singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, you'll be invited to release the busyness of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and create space for whatever this next season holds.
Peace often begins when we stop trying to match someone else's pace. Embrace your own rhythm with intention and ease.
Whether you're returning or experiencing your first sound bath, all are welcome.
*For the best experience, wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and socks. Please bring your own thick yoga mat to lie on during the session, along with a light blanket. If you prefer, or if getting on the floor isn't comfortable, you are welcome to sit in a chair instead. Feel free to bring a small pillow, knee bolster, and/or eye mask for added comfort. A water bottle is recommended. Children ages 12–17 are welcome with a parent if they are able to lie or sit quietly for the 45-minute session.
